Have you missed one, or maybe several of our Pilates classes?

There's no excuses!

Just keep practicing the Pilates exercises that you find most beneficial, even if it's only for a few stretches per day!

First class back in the new year?

Firstly, Happy New Year to all of our valuable members! Hope it's going to be a very good, prosperous New Year for you all.

Now, back to what really matters.. PILATES!! So lets get back into our Pilates classes and carry on improving our postures and health.

When you come back for your first class. remember to pace yourself and not be too strenuous in your efforts to gain back lost fitness!
